Our skilled workforce carry out isolation and dismantling of units ready for inspection by Insurance Surveyors as required under the vessel act.

Work can be programmed during or outside normal working hours to avoid disruption to services where possible.

Should tube bundles require descaling, we can carry out this work either on site ( subject to conditions) or off site whereby tube bundles are descaled in our descaling tanks.

If necessary due to heavy pitting or corrosion, we also offer a specialist shot blasting and coating service.  Work would be carried out to Sa2 ½ standard and coated using suitable potable and heat resistant materials.  Where required chlorination will be carried out to maintain water quality.

We are able to offer a service to repair or supply new calorifiers.
